We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has modern furnishings and appliances.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access to everything in Moab.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality. We didn’t find ourselves with any unexpected needs. Sleeping was very comfortable. The TV works well. No problems. Our only issue was that the listing said the keys would be in a basket, but they are hanging up by the door. Just look for that.

Very professional
The property was excellent. We only needed a bed at night because of all the planned activities but this place would have been great to stay and relax if we needed. Our trip started out rocky with an AC problem but the owner was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond with solutions. Even when it seemed like the problem was resolved, he went the extra step to make sure nothing would happen again. Would stay here everytime we visit Moab.

We enjoyed our stay, but we booked the place specifically for the pool and it was closed during our stay. We would have appreciated knowing this before our arrival. Otherwise, the condo was clean and comfortable and accommodated our needs.

Great communication from Todd. We really enjoyed the comfort of this condo. Just outside the busy center of Moab, you have easy access to everything there. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Moab area.

Great property
The Meyer’s condo was well equipped and clean. Communication was great. The condo was on the outskirts of town which was great. The complex is quiet. Loved having a washer and dryer. We cooked most nights as the restaurants were average, and we just wanted to relax. Location was convenient to everything. Arches was just about 10-15 depending on traffic. Canyonlands was about 45 minutes. We had a great trip!

Arches vacation
We stayed 3 nights....very comfortable, clean, roomy and close to wherever we wanted to go. Todd was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. We visited Arches,Canyonlands, Dead Horse Park, did a Jeep tour up into Sand Flats park, and part of Grandstaff Canyon trail (wish we had more time to finish that trail!). Great time, crazy windy one day but the three of us enjoyed all of it. We would stay here again on our next visit!

Good Location for Canyonlands National Park
Nice Condo with a view of the mountains. It had a pool but we didn't use it due to time of year. Night sky was beautiful if you like star gazing. Not long distance from Canyonlands NP which was nice for hiking and see other sites around town. Recommend this place.

Great Moab stay

Amazing, clean, well stocked, VRBO just 10 minutes from downtown
We just finished up our six nights stay at this property, and I would definitely stay here again. The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, and I’ve never had so much clear communication with a host. We had a little confusion about the dates and Todd was extremely accommodating, the complex was nice and clean, heated, pool, and Jacuzzi. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer.

Fantastic Place
