Overall a decent place to stay. We had everything we needed and we were within minutes of the parks. We were able to have our dog as well so that was nice.

This place was great! Very clean and great communication with property manager. The only downfall is the noise from the highway.

Listing somewhat misleading.
The cabin itself was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean except for the tub which could have used a scrubbing. The area around the cabin left much to be desired, however. There was a junkyard next door and the view from our window looked out onto a corrugated metal fence. The only way we could see the mountains and surrounding gorgeous landscape was if we had our front door open. Renters should be aware that the cabin is about 10 miles from Moab and there was nothing in between except industrial businesses. No restaurants, shops, or other attractions that would interest tourists. I felt somewhat misled by the VRBO listing, particularly regarding the area surrounding the cabin. On a positive note, we were in Cabin 5 and it was very quiet...no highway noise.

Overall we loved spending our honeymoon here! The yard was perfect and so was the place. The wifi was a but spotty and the cars on the highway can be a bit loud but overall it was perfect location and place to stay for Moab adventures. Would definitely stay again!!

A truly disappointing place to stay
Old furniture, old rug, not enough lights, no window that opened because we faced a very busy and loud highway. TV did not work properly, wi-fi was totally absent. The whole space felt dirty and ancient. Rear door opened to a view of mountains, and a poorly kept “yard.” We paid for three nights, but left after one unhappy night. Arghh!

Nice property. Our unit was right next to the highway though so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. The unit only had a dorm size mini fridge. A larger refrigerator would have been better. Check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sweet tiny home
Well decorated and designed tiny home that is quite workable and comfortable. There is a bit of noise from the trucks and ATVs nearby - a cabin farther back in the complex might be quieter.

Scenic getaway right off the highway
The lodge is basically a studio apartment with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The property was very clean both inside and outside. There are many things to do locally and you’re only about 15 minutes from the center of Moab. Overall, I had an excellent experience here and I would certainly recommend it if you’re looking for your next vacation destination!

Moab Cabin
Enjoyed the cabin and it’s amenities. Large living area which had cute southwestern decorations. Bed and bathroom were nice. Enjoyed talking with the property manager and hearing about the expansion plans of a camping resort next year. About 7 miles from town which gave a better view of the night stars. Thanks for a memorable visit to The Moab area!

Good location but...
Its small and the highway traffic is somewhat loud. However, its awesome being outside of town and seeing the stars on the back patio. The young man at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. It is worth staying here because you're so close to the parks and the mountains amd the river but outside of town just enough. Thanks so much.

Worth the drive
This property was a little further out of town than I expected, but worth the drive. The outside was not super fancy, but the inside was nicely decorated and the accommodations were as expected. Host greeted us at check-in and was friendly and helpful asking about our stay and offering to help if we needed to come up with ideas of things to do during our stay. I noticed that the room had a small back yard and there was a gas grill back there had we wanted to use it, but we just ate out other than breakfast there. The bed was comfortable and we had all that we needed during our stay. The only complaint was that I tried to take a shower after my wife took a bath and there was no hot water left. No, she didn't fill the tub very full. Was a little disappointed as a nice hot shower would have been nice.
