This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath Villa is impressively decorated with a beachy style décor, Mediterranean red tile flooring and new up-scale furnishings mostly throughout. The soft color pallette provides a welcoming trendy blissful style.
The roomy open floor plan is perfect for large family gatherings. The Living Room features all new furnishings and a new 55” flat screen TV. The Living Room also has a set of double doors leading out to a private balcony looking directly onto the lake and fountain.
Lake views can be taken in from any area of the main-floor Living Room and Master Suite area, a perfect spot for relaxing, entertainment and spending quality time with your family.
The Kitchen features new quartz countertops, well equipped with a new built in wall oven, drop in gas cooktop and many nice new small appliances.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space and has four bar stools for additional seating. The new dining area features plenty of seating; Dine in style!

Master Suite has a new king bed with a new comfy mattress in a secluded portion of the villa for added privacy. The Master Bathroom, has a walk-in closet complete with a dual sink vanity, full shower, jetted tub and a private water closet.
Guest bedroom has a new king bed with a flat screen television and private bathroom.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and shares the hall bath.
The loft features two queen sized beds, plenty of space and a cozy chair for comfort. Also, features and full private bath complete with a dual sink vanity.

Nice beach house
The house was clean and had a lot of room for our large family. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the reasonable walk to the beach. If you don’t like walking up or down a lot of steps, you may not like this property as there were a lot. It’s on the second floor and the beach has a significant amount of stairs to access it as well. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not as well supplied with necessities like other houses I have stayed in previously, though it was sufficient.

Dated but close to the beach
Always love staying at HIdden Dunes property for close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Loved the tennis clinics as well. This unit is dated but comfortable. The kitchen needs more flatware, a decent frying pan and the gas burners on the stove had no variation on flame- just on. The ice maker was not working and maintenance fixed it immediately, very quick response.

Miramar Beach Stay
This house has some pro’s and some con’s. The pro’s: The location of this house is great and it has a fantastic view of a large pond that you can fish on. The swing on the porch Was a big hit. The neighborhood has its own beach access. This house is about 500 yards from the beach. There is a beach wagon & beach chairs that are provided. This place had plenty of seating for 10 people. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The AC works well &the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. There is a washer and dryer. The community pool, hot tub and grill is 10 steps from the unit. The crowd in this area are family oriented. The con’s: Many light bulbs need to be replaced. Toilet in the 2nd master room ‘runs’ consistently & to flush it the handle needs to be jiggled. The hot water heater is small because it’s only good for 4 people to shower & then runs cold. There’s 3 bar stools but 1 is broken. There is an outdoor table with 4 chairs and 3 of those chairs are broken. One of the sliding glass doors cannot be opened because of broken handle. The ice maker does not work & some of the electric outlets don’t work as well as 1 TV remote. The furniture is extremely worn and stained. This beach home should have updated a long time ago, especially for the price. The photo’s on VRBO are very deceiving and most likely were taken years ago. This house has so much potential and would attract repeat renters if it was updated. We would rent again IF it gets a face lift.

Needs refresh but still had a nice experience.
This condo is very nice with a nice view of the lake & only a short walk to the beach. We had an early flight & were allowed in 2 hours early which was very accommodating. The pictures are very nice however the condo in my opinion is in need of a refresh. Here are my observations: Living room furniture has stains & is worn; Rug is dirty; Kitchen cabinets are worn; plenty of dishes, glasses & bakeware, but only 2 spoons (we left 6 new ones) the can opener didn’t work. We left a new one; no pot holders and dish towels; The swing on the patio was a very nice feature; Only 1 of the 4 chairs w/the patio table was usable. The netting on the seats was broken on 3 of them; The primary was spacious & the other rooms worked well also; There was no bedding in any of the rooms as in the pictures other than the sheets, pillows, and a small thin blanket; Outlets upstairs are loose & hard to keep your items plugged into; There was a tile on the tub that was not attached in the upstairs bathroom & the toilet paper holder was rusted; Toilet paper holder in the hall bath was broken and unusable; There was peeling paint in the primary & living room; Living/dining area is very dim. All lamps had 40W bulbs. We bought brighter ones for our stay; One of the sliding doors handle was broken & you couldn’t use that door. I would book this condo again if it were refreshed, it needs a little TLC, the pictures present better than reality. The details matter & make a big difference.

Overall pleasant stay. House needs major detail cleaning...blinds, couch, chairs, spiral staircase metal support bar, picture frames etc. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood. The screened on porch very nice to sit out on swing and relax. Plenty of space in the house for 7 of us. Wish there was more restaurants and such a bit closer but we had an awesome time.

I don’t want like to give bad reviews…
This was our first family vacation since I was little. My mom, husband, kid, sister and nephew all stayed. First, the house wouldn’t get below 79 degrees during the day. I understand it’s the beach but my hubs and I have stayed nearby somewhere else and it can keep it sun 70 if you want. This was with us NEVER leaving doors open, etc. We v allied maintenance and they came out and we never heard anything back. The blinds were broken in multiple rooms resulting in more heat and light coming in during the day taking the heat up. We had to hang towels with chip clips up. The ice maker and water didn’t work from the fridge. There was mold on multiple places on the ceiling. There was a lot of dust and the couch cushions were GROSS. I will say the beach was gorgeous and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad but I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere more comfortable.

Then was told it is what it is as i asked for extra blankets. Which yeah it was since we had made a 16 hour drive. Really close to beach access and pool. Price doesnt meet villa, sorry

Great Stay, peaceful location
This is located a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Screened backporch overlooks a small pond with fountain. Grills and pool are right across the street. If you are taking a lot of stuff to beach...eg canopy/tent, chairs, ice chest...beware that the steps over the sand dune are quite high and you will have some walking up and down. I took 2 wagons of supplies by myself the first day and just had to take each item down out of the wagon and then reload the wagons and pull across the sand and setup. With help the next few days by family it wasn't as big a deal. Every room as their own bathroom. 3 private and one in the hall. That was great as we didn't have a long line for the bathrooms. Couches were comfortable, master bed was comfortable. The 2 single beds needed a little TLC in that particular room, but other than that one room the other beds were in tip top shape. The refrigerator freezer/ice maker did keep making a loud noise about every few hours. Not sure what that was about, but since we didn't really utilize the freezer we didn't worry about it. Ample towels in each bathroom. If you are looking for a place away from the Destin business with less crowded beaches this is the place to be. Kids wanted to do Seaside, and that was a short drive away to go there for a night out with them.

Beautiful home and Great location!!
Perfect location across from the pool/grill and short walking distance to pool! Hidden Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood/resort with lots of natural vegetation and walking paths. This villa has a great view of the pond and the outdoor screen in porch is glorious. The living space was bigger in person than the pictures let on. A few downsides were there was very minimal silverware (like 4 spoons) for hosting 6 people and the loft bedroom is pretty open and can hear everything happening in the living room/kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Over place was nice and just a few steps away from pool beach was not far either Only issue was we had screw come out of the balcony chair, the water in the fridge made a bad noise when you try to get it and the master bathroom lights flickered I txt and called the number left me but did not hear anything back But outside those issues nice place roomy I would recommend this place
