I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at Embassy Suites from 10/3/2024 to 10/6/2024 in Room #335. Unfortunately, my experience as it has in the past,, did not meet the expectations I had based on your reputation. Upon arrival, the elevators were not functioning properly. The main front lobby elevator, which has two elevators, had only one operational. This caused an inconvenience for my entire family (my wife, three young daughters ages 10, 8, 5, and myself) and we found ourselves waiting an extensive amount of time to get to our room as well as leaving every day and every night. One of my daughters has MS (Multiple Sclerosis), which affects her spinal cord. Waiting and standing for an excessive amount of time is damaging to her spine. This was supposed to be a family vacation to Mall of America, however, this stay caused an unexpected inconvenience which caused unhappiness. Secondly, and most importantly, we found a big roach in the room climbing on the walls/ceiling (photos attached). My young daughters and wife are terrified of insects. After unsuccessfully trying to remove the insect, it became lost in the bedroom which forced us all (family of 5) to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. I believe that feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope that sharing my experience will help enhance the quality of service for future guests. I would appreciate any steps you might take to address these issues.

Our plans changed a long time ago and we left days before our reservation. We tried to change or cancel and they wouldn't let us. So we ended up paying for a room that was not used. Needless to say we won't be staying there ever again

Great experience overall. Big room, free made to order breakfast until 10am. Young man at front desk, (maybe Mike?) recommended an Italian restaurant that was great. Nice that it was close to airport with a morning departure too.
