Hello my mom husband passed away I wanted her to get out and enjoy herself I picked this hotel for pool and free waffles for breakfast guess what we get there waffle machine doesn’t work then the first room wasn’t clean someone did number two in bathroom and left in toilet so room was smelling they then gave us another room and refrigerator was dirty smh so we cleaned it out after getting cleaning items from front desk. This was not how we wanted to relax on vacation after driving for three hours

Don't stay here!
It was one of the worst stays ever. We had a room that the bathroom vent was leaking large amounts of water onto the toilet, therefore you could not use the toilet unless you wanted a wet head. I believe the upstairs toilet was leaking into our bathroom. They were booked and told me there was nothing they could do. At 12:42 a.m. they called my room and told me they had a room for me and I packed up everything and moved to the new room. They did not bother to tell me this was a room that they did not use. It was dirty and it has what appeared to be blood on the floor and walls and no nightstand, as the telephone was on the floor and did not work. Also the kitchen was shut down due to cleanliness. There was a sign that stated such. Needless to say we did not eat breakfast here.

Every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful and friendly. And they were able to give us joining rooms. They also gave us a roll away bed to use for our littlest one free of charge. The ‘hot’ breakfast was anything but. Not much to eat for this gluten free mom, too. The second morning, we went elsewhere to eat. The barn door was a clever space saver but wasn’t on its track very well. It fell on me while I was helping my daughter to bed. I was able to lift one side at a time to get it back on track.

Overall it was not bad but it could provide more options for eating and no water was provide for the guess out of courtesy. You could hear noisy in the hall way of other guess but overall it was a good experience. Everyone was so nice.
