The hotel seems ok, but there was a drainage odor inside, also, they charged me some extra fees that were not disclosed in the reservation. They simply said "if it was not in the fine print, is because we recently changed our contract with the booking agency".

This was a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood - Uber rides to more tourists areas were minimum 25 minutes away. But excellent restaurants and quiet beach all within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Superbe service from the front desk staff, went above and beyond. Location is perfect, in walking distance to the beach and with lots of dinning options and very fancy shopping if that's your thing. The property definitely needs a little upkeep here and there, but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again

This hotel feels more like a run down motel. The staff were nice and accommodating, but this was the worst place I have ever stayed in Miami in terms of facilites, cleanliness, ambiance, and utilities in the room. The shower barely worked and the walls are so thin you can hear even conversations next door. I was up all night because of the loud extracurricular activities of the guests next door. The only positive aspects were the staff and location. Still would not consider a “VIP” hotel at all.
