Most of the staff were wery nice. (but) Sheets were stained ,restaurant napkins were disgusting. They were so stained that they looked dirty. I didn't even want to wipe my hands with it. I don't know how any restaurant can you use them and think its ok. They did not provide robe or even pad of paperor and a pen. It was hard to take a shower cuz there is almost no water pressure. They watch the cops in the bathroom sink and left them there to dry and they were not even washed well. I would definitely not stay there or recommend this hotel and it is very disappointing since I used Hilton for many, many years I would consider this as a 2 1/2 maybe 3 star hotel at most.

If you need to connect, you can’t relax here

Hilton wifi is a joke. Nothing but problems. Even to use their free wifi they want all your info, then nothing connects to the server. Still have to check a few things via wifi to relax, can’t get connected = no relaxation

Great hotel - modern, clean, efficient, easy parking, and so close to Aventura Mall with a ton of shops, restaurants etc. Additionally, the hotel gym was incredible, easily one of the best we’ve seen - huge, well-stocked (dumbbells up to 75lbs, stair master, separate cardio room etc), and modern. Will definitely be staying here again!
