This property is very old. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY terrible. The shuttle driver was good but guest services awful. Food at cafe for dinner was good and well priced. Beds squeaked with every move. No bed bugs that we found so that makes up for everything. Just remember you get what you pay for. If you’re just staying the night and plan on sleeping there only, then you’ll manage.

There was a very strong odor of what smelled like bug spray that dominated the room for the entire night. Carpet needed to be replaced. Lighting was poor. Size of the room was the biggest I have ever seen - even suites, but the smell was more powerful.

Check-in took over an hour. Every check-in encountered a problem. I was charged one hundred dollars at check-in just in case I damaged the room. This place was DIRTY! The furniture was broken and there were holes in the chairs. The neighborhood was very sketchy too. Do not stay here.

Place looks old and unkept. room amenities are close to none (towels are old and stiff, beds are old, sheets are ok but pillows smell and there are zero toiletries). Shuttle service is ok if you're willing to wait 30-60 min as they run a less than frequent schedule and when they have large groups of people checking in/out you better call an Uber. Wouldn't stay there again unless it was the only hotel with available rooms after missing a connection in MIA (again).

I appreciate the quick response from Mr Molina, GM. The hotel is really in poor condition, too many issues to mention. Poor or unresponsive constomer service from guest service staff. I look forward to seeing the renovation coming in spring! Management response was excellent!
