The property was a great stay. Mecca took great care of us during our stay. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of different places in the area. They were able to recommend dinning options. Overall, I slept comfortably and everything was in walking distance including south beach:)

Second time here and I absolutely love this place. Can’t say enough good things about it. Perfect people who lead the hotel. Mecca who helped me deal with a major issue at the front desk is an angel and can thank her enough. The location and accommodations are top notch. And the bed…perfectly comfortable. Thank you!

Cool concept high tech tiny rooms. Like a cute little RV. Tech marginally functional. Room missing curtain divider and temp control very poor. Very noisy fan always on. Multiple little lights from tech like smoke alarm tv outlets will not turn off so even with blackout curtains there are many bright led lights that will not turn off. Housekeeping unreliable.

This is the second time staying at the citizenm hotel and I’m always impressed by the artistic and modern vibe this hotel has to offer! The staff is honestly so kind and helpful and the hotel itself is very quiet and clean. The only thing I was having trouble with during my stay was keeping my room warm at night and casting my media to the TV, but other than that no complaints!

The hotel was so modern and clean. The rooftop and terrace are beautiful with nice views. The customer service was exceptional. One of the team members, Fausti, was professional, welcoming, and helpful with any questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond. The bar is really clean and wonderful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel was clean and comfortable for my short stay, however the rooms were tiny so more than one person would be tight. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Parking was a major con, you had to pay for parking ($36 a day). Overall my stay was satisfactory.

Great for Solo Travellers. Tight for two.

I am a big fan of CitizenM for business trips. This is the first time I've stayed in a CitizenM with my partner. I wouldn't do it again. The rooms are great for one person, they're just too small for two if it's more than a night or two. It's a bright and happy place, nice roof terrace and pool (although a bit small). I'd stay here again on solo visits.

I rarely write reviews, but I love this hotel.. the modern look, the people who worked there, it’s in walking distance to everywhere, the restaurants that were close by are great. The inmf downfall is that there is no parking
