This was my second stay at this resort. The first experience was good enough for me to return. This trip, however, was lacking greatly. So much so, I won’t return. The floor of the room was gritty, the sink faucet broken. The WiFi didn’t work until I called the desk and they gave me a different connection and password than what I was told. Felt sketchy. The TV didn’t work either until they got a company to come out (the day before I left) and fix it. But it still didn’t work until I did my own trouble shooting and rebooted the box myself. I’m not picky but if I’m going to pay high resort fees, these are small things that make you question what you’re paying for.
