La seguridad de la puerta no servía, me hospede 5 Noches y en 2 ocasiones batallé con el servicio de limpieza, en una me dijo la mucama que necesitaba hacer la limpieza temprano porque no había gente en el hotel y la dejaban salir más temprano y la segunda no dejaron toallas y amenidades El clima tenía un olor a humedad y había cucarachas en el cuarto de baño

Very quiet which was nice. The elevator was rocking really bad. Rooms smelled like people smoked in them or had an odor like sheets weren't changed.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a weird smell that didn't go away. It looks like they don't sweep or mop the floors. We don't expect nothing with luxury of course but at least clean and confortable.
