The room was fine but the floor was disgustingly filthy. Socks ruined instantly. We had to wear shoes at all times. Nobody ever came to empty the trash cans or clean. We usually clean out fridge etc but we had no room in trash cans to use as they were FULL. Office people were nice.

The rooms were dirty and linens were old and stained. The room (even the non smoking) smelled of cigarettes. The staff was very rude. I was given 2 towels for my room, but we had 3 guests. When I asked for a third towel I was told no, that a third towel was not necessary. Will never stay here again, top of the list of worst stays for me.

The couch was all scratched up and worn. Nonsmoking room smelled horrible of smoke . Hair on sheets....not mine. AC not working. The structure very old and in rough shape. Scratches all over walls and gouges in the floor. Needs a good painting now.

The floor was dirty. The towels were stained and needed replacing. There were bags of towels on the sidewalk that needed laundering. When cleaning was done in the bathroom, it was obvious that the bathroom door was never closed because of the dirt behind it. Some serious TLC could make this place nice

Very nice staff at front desk upon checkin. Room was heavy on mold/mildew; ceiling in disrepair; many areas needed to be cleaned of stains. Markers used on lamp shades; stains on others and curtains. AC needed to be cleaned of mold odor. Bathtub, toilet and sink were clean. Bed was comfortable. Outside areas in definite need of cleaning. This hotel seems to be like so many others in the area- continuing to recover from the last ultra hurricane. Best wishes.

The place is located near restaurants and stores, but it is not clean. The floors has not been clean for a while. If you get a wet towel paper and clean the floors, you'll towel paper will turn brown in just one swift. If you ask for a non-smoking room, your sheets, pillows and towels still smell like smoke. The towels feel like you are drying yourself with sand paper.

The hotel itself was good. The man that runs the hotel was very rude. It was an average stay. Nothing great but budget, not bad.
