At home, start each day with coffee and a canal view on your waterfront balcony, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open floor plan boasts abundant natural light, modern furnishings, and a calming coastal vibe. In the sleek, fully updated kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous waterfall countertop, and all the cookware you need to whip up favorite recipes. Sit down for meals together at the adjacent table before heading out to explore.

Unwind at home each evening while the AC splits in each room keep you cool. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, then head back outside to the patio for a cookout on the gas grill. Three streaming-capable TVs plus free Wi-Fi should keep everyone entertained. Drift off to sleep each night in either serene bedroom, dreaming of your first - and next - idyllic Keys day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
