The breakfast was good however I chose this hotel because of the pool. Upon checking in, we were told the pool was closed due to the pump. I feel we should be comped a portion of the room cost if the pool is closed!!

This hotel has not been kept up as in the past. It is ridiculous that you are asked to pay for a second night the same price but when requested for a room cleanup it is not completely done. Just because things had to change during COVID, please understand COVID IS DONE.
