Great stay near airport

Very spacious and comfortable room. Love the suites with sitting area and mini basic “kitchen”. Comfy beds and typical breakfast bar. Less than 1 mile to airport.

Check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable. We had an early flight. The front desk put us on the schedule for a 6am pickup for transportation.. The van was there for us as scheduled and brought us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We appreciate the good service.

Short stay but appreciated the convenience. Only issue was at check in. Since I made reservation thru Hotels.com and put names of persons staying in the rooms on the reservation, the front desk would not take my credit card for the room where the family member had not yet arrived. Eventually it did get applied properly, but was annoying that couldn't do it at check in.

I didn't like the surprise $180.00 Credit Card charge on my credit upon check-in for "incidentals" whatever that means. Also had issues with the lack of housekeeping on my room #322 which when I flagged it up to the front counter staff on duty it was rectified immediately. The Contenental Breakfast offering was superb.
