The room was not in the best condition: AC was not strong so the room got hot most days, there was water leaking from the ceiling by the entry door due to the AC which maintenance took care of but made no difference, there was also a bit of mold there (painted over) & in the bathroom, the toilet flush was very weak and had to flush multiple times to get the bowl to drain down & then fill up, we had no mini fridge in our room and the room wasn’t as clean as expected as there was a lot of dust and grime by the beds and in the bathroom. The pool was closed for 2 days which was a bummer but understandable i guess. The beds were also extremely firm, being not very comfortable.
The staff at reception & kitchen were very kind and sweet people though! And were always willing to help! Breakfast was great as well! Overall it was okay but i expected better as this is suppose to be more on the “luxurious” side. Its like the entire first floor where the check in is located, offices, kitchen etc were very nice but the rooms didn’t necessarily match or kept up to the same standards. Location was very convenient for us, however.
