My room was nice, clean and comfy. The hotel is convenient to restaurants, convenient stores,Kroger and shopping centers. Staff was friendly and very helpful .I will be staying again very soon

Front desk guy was outside chatting with friends but once he realized after 5mins, he finally came in and checked us in. Basic quiet stay, nothing impressive but nothing bad. Need more parking but we found a spot so whatever. I’d stay there again for a night but nothing to rave about.

Elevators didn't work. No room service unless you stay a week. Otherwise, you had to call the desk and ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc.

Not very happy

Very disappointed when we pulled up to find out that the two charging posts were broken. That was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel. For the price we paid we should’ve gotten some sort of breakfast, but the only thing I had was a glazed doughnut.
