The staff were super friendly and very helpful! Otherwise the property itself was not the best… the bathrooms weren’t super clean, the bed still had hair all over it and there was overall just lots of stains and dirt. The walls were also super thin so we were up very early as we could here every other person in the rooms next door/walking outside.

Don’t book this location, their AC is not working on many rooms. They didn’t let us change the room, AC was confirmed broken, all family rooms are booked… we could see many windows are open through the rooms

Great budget pit stop travelling south on motorway

Premiere Classe offers no-frills budget rooms but you get a clean place with bathroom and a comfy bed for a very reasonable price, breakfast was good too with good coffee, orange juice, croissants, bread, yogurts etc. OK the room is small and no view, and it's not in an exciting area but as a pit stop it's great. Staff were friendly

If you book through hotel.com unfortunately you get the left over you're treated as a second best customer so you have to insist on order to get a better room and service unfortunately. Sometimes it works sometimes the roles are set !

Great pit stop motel just off motorway

We went for the superior air conditioned rooms which were still great value. This is a budget motel so rooms and bathroom are very tight but the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Breakfast was good esp great coffee and orange juice

catastrophic - stay away from this hotel

The reception shall be open until 9 PM and when we arrived 8:50 no one was there Rooms prepaid but didn’t get access which means screwed Hotels.com tries to contact to sort out and that is where it is now, lost money for 3 rooms Emergency number displayed reaches a person somewhere that doesn’t speak English

Pluses: Affordable. Staff at front desk were friendly and spoke English. Room was clean. Air conditioning! Shower had a door (some only have curtains). Parking lot is gated at night. Minuses: Wi-fi did not work in our room (was ok outside, and in restaurant area). Location is a bit removed from downtown. Bathroom is compact. We would likely stay here again if in the area.
