Nice lobby but everything else was "middle of the road" for a hotel in that price point. I wasn't too happy that a bottled water cost nearly $5 when at other hotels you usually get a couple that are complimentary.

TT campus accessible

Excellent location for Texas Tech events. The rooms are generous and clean. Breakfast was typical with a nice dining area, including outside tables. Courteous staff and decent price.

We will be back

This was our 2nd time @ this hotel. Its close to TTU. The staff is really friendly. Breakfast was french toast sticks, eggs, sausage links, potatoes. They also have bagels, toast, cereal, and oatmeal. The rooms were nice both times ( double and king).
