we got a room in which the blinds did not work. we told the front desk and they said " yeah, i guess it is broken" so we had to sleep with a very large window open to everything, including tall buildings across the street. I tried to rig a curtain with the luggage cart and a sheet but i didnt help. we were to tired to change rooms but the front desk response was totally "so sad, too bad"

The staff was great when we got there. Fast check-in and the hotel seemed nice. But when we turned in for the night we found the walls were paper thin so we heard everyone in the hallway. There was also some mechanical noise outside the room that sounded like a vacuum cleaner that ran the entire time we were there. I also didn't realize a duvet could be loud, but ours crinkled like a trash bag every time we moved in bed. And garbage pickup (banging dumpster/beeping truck) in the early, early morning was a nice touch. Towels in the bathroom were clean but were damp. There was a can of glass cleaner left in the shower by cleaning staff, and there were stains on the carpet as well. The hairball on the floor by the toilet was a nice complement to the overall motif. But breakfast was decent.

We only stayed one night but had everything we needed. It was a bit busy when we were checking in but the staff took care of us quickly and we were in our room fast.

The only thing I noticed were the coffee cups in the room were not clean and had stains inside them. Otherwise every thing else was clean and it was a great stay!

The only disappointment was that ABC wasn’t available and I wasn’t able to watch numerous football games on Saturday. The direct TV and ABC contract issue was resolved weeks ago so it’s unacceptable that ABC wasn’t available at the hotel.
