Moving Daughter into Apartment Weekend

Excellent service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable front desk personnel. Very clean and comfortable room. The stay included breakfast. Multiple options, including healthy food(egg white omelette). Great location for getting around town and VERY close to Texas Tech University and football stadium.

It was a good start checking in was easy room was nice but getting woken up in the middle of the night because front desk gave someone else are room card and opened are door and got everybody up glade my wife put the door stopper for the door but after that we could not get back to sleep

The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The freeway noise was a little loud but we were able to sleep comfortably with the AC on.

Day and night you could hear water running in the walls, I'm assuming everytime someone was showering or flushing the toilet. All night long you could hear people running up and down the halls and above us. This was really unacceptable considering we were there for a sporting event and my chils couldn't get any rest with all the noise! I will not be back to this facility or suggest it to anyone.

I do like that the hotel located near the highway. But I didn't feel safe. I had 2 kids with me. Due to some disturbing happening before our arrival. The hotel host should have call the police with what was happening. Instead of letting things intensified. Please be careful when traveling late to a hotel. There are so much hate crime happening lately. I do not like how this location is handling this situation.
