I sort of felt like the property was new to Best Western and was being upgraded. The only thing on the wall was the TV - no pictures. The ironing board and iron were hung too close to one of the beds. There was no kleenex and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. The beds were comfortable and the room was small but clean.

The elevator is extremely slow. The hallways smell strongly of bug spray repellent or raid specifically. The sheets we scratchy. The sink was cracked and my son cut his arm. The bed kept moving and tenants above and next to us were loud.
