We chose the property for the central location, amenities, and low-ish cost, so we didn't expect a palatial scenario. Certainly, overall, our stay was quite good......we liked the property's design and style, thought the hotel was clean and in good condition, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However: (1) music from an adjacent nightclub kept us awake until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights; (2) the hotel didn't have a convenience shop for snacks, beverages, bathroom articles, and sundries, which would have been fine if there were stores nearby; and (3) the overnight parking fee was a bit much for not being midtown Manhattan. Regardless, thanks for the nice stay!

Excellent choice for your stay in downtown Los Angeles! Friendly staff; clean, up to date facility. The rooms are spacious. They provide robes and complimentary slippers. There is a restaurant/lounge that serves breakfast, dinner and drinks. The Crypto Arena is across the street. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. Area felt safe.

The hotel staff that greeted us was very “dry eye” and not welcoming at all. The elevator is super small for using the trolley to carry bags to your room. The room needs a microwave for sure

The ONLY reason I gave the property 4 stars overall instead of 5 is for all the nickel & diming they do. The room charge was $160 but after you add the parking, parking tax, occupancy & tourism taxes, CA tourism assessment, destination fee & destination occupancy tax, my room total was $276! Outrageous. The front desk staff was great, the room was PERFECT: clean, comfy and I LOVED our view of the Hollywood sign and the restaurants, Grammy museum across the street. Despite facing traffic, it was very quiet except for just once when an ambulance went by. Otherwise, we heard zero traffic noise.
