Unable to check in. Arrived at property at 3:30. Clear instructions for self check in but the process didn’t work because I was never sent a confirmation code from Fireside. Called at 3:39 and 3:45, but no one answered despite the number being listed as the number to call if help was needed checking in. Also sent messages to the host through Expedia but no one responded. Had to get a different hotel room. Received the door code at 6:55 pm. I was never called back.

The bed was too hard for our liking but everything else about this inn was wonderful! Very clean, had dog stuff for our dog, and the staff were all friendly! Will definitely stay here again as well as recommend to our friends/family!

The only thing that kept us from staying in that side of the building again was the traffic noise..other than that peaceful..Rosa and her husband made us feel totally welcome and work hard to keep the place clean and inviting
