I checked in on my birthday after almost 24 hours of traveling and the hotel had “connived” with my partner to surprise me by setting up my room with rose petals on the bed, a bouquet, sparkling wine, chocolate and a lovely note. It seemed everyone at the reception was in on it. Made me feel welcome right away and set the tone for a lovely 4 nights’ stay. The room was clean. Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate station are walking distance so it was very easy to get to my meetings. I had a lovely long walk at Hyde Park which is down the street. Although the hotel has no restaurant, many dining options are available within walking distance. The staff were professional and friendly. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deluxe studio is not large though, so might be best for a solo traveler.

We had a lovely stay, it was the perfect hotel! The staff were always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and the A/C was wonderful in the summer heat. We had them service our room on muliple days while we were visiting downtown and we always came back to a perfect room with all our stuff exactly where we left it.

The location is the real stand out here. The rooms aren’t worthy of a four star property and there is no restaurant. we were eating a croissant in the lobby and told there is no eating in the lobby seating area- ridiculous. The stars are for the location not the staff, rooms or amenities. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice boutique hotel in great location
Nice enough small boutique hotel in a very quiet but convenient location very close to Paddington Station. We booked the deluxe one bedroom suite which was quite a bit smaller than what we expected. The bathroom is tiny and difficult to maneuver for 2 people however the rain shower is excellent and as are the small luxury shampoo, conditioner and lotions. The smart tv in the living room was anything but. The screen would get so dim at night that you couldn’t see it, causing eye strain. Thankfully the one in the bedroom worked better but it had an issue with sound on the HD channels. WiFi was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant time with Westbourne Hyde park hotel; staff are all very friendly; room was clean with bigger than expected size; hotel is few mins walking distance to nearest tube station; neighbourhood is safe and I took a stroll in Hyde park every day during my stay. I even watched euro cup matches in hotel lobby and it was lovely. Highly recommend this to travellers to London. It is worth every penny I spent

The hotel was very quaint, staff was amazing, our room was a suite style extremely comfortable, when the sofa bed was opened it did not give you much space, but we were a short visit so it was accommodating.

Great stay at the Westbourne Hyde Park hotel! 8 minute walk from the train station. 1.5 blocks from Hyde Park. Good restaurants/grocery close by. Rooms were very comfortable. Clean.
