The staff were great. The building needs attention
The building is somewhat dated. There was no lightning outside. This was a hazard getting in and I wondered about my vehicle safety. The bathroom toilet, sink and shower need attention as to leaks, drainage.and controls. There was duct tape on the smoke detector and water leakage around it. This is not good. Any alterations or damage to a protection device is a potential problem both legally and safety.

Old hotel, they keep it up as best they can. Hopefully it gets a refresh soon. Noisy neighbours on both sides, lol hockey players. Oh well.

The entire stay was “off”. When we first checked in there was no cold water in the bathroom so we were moved across the hall.(this room as well had water issues the hot Water had run for a long time to get hot also very short staffed . The breakfast buffet was not good

Rooms very outdated. Worn out furniture, dirty wallpaper, carpet full of snags, dinette looked ridiculous. Spending a money would make the rooms look amazing as they were huge.

No quality for this place
The rooms and general feel of the hotel is rundown fleabag style. Every carpet is stained. Shower leaked water and dripped all night with stains in the tub. Don't know why it's brand name is quality when I'd never use that word for anything about it
