Staff were very helpful and friendly, professional and excellent customer services were given. The dorms had ample space with an additional luggage storage kept securely by the staff. Kitchen facilities covered all needs there's free tea/coffee with cooking facilities, fridges, microwaves and utensils provided. Decent chilling room with fans provided. Only downside were the toilets and showers which need better condition. I would stay again it was comfortable.

I stay at Astor Victoria all the time for work. I find it a very nice place to stay. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and always happy to help. Recently I was the victim of a mobile phone theft and all my cards and identification was stolen. The staff in particular "khartic " and " Sarah " was ever so helpful in assisting me to help stop my debit/credit cards and contacting loved ones and even helping me get up for work then following day. So from the heart A massive thank you. I can't praise or thank them enough.
