The front desk clerk was amazing! We had added an additional evening after our initial booking and Expedia didn't send it over to the hotel. Not only did he take our word for it and get us checked in before having a confirmation, he called Expedia on my behalf so I didn't have to struggle with a very tired 8 year old and annoyed 13 year old in the lobby while on the phone. We were in town for a softball tournament and had already unpacked our car too. When I came back through the lobby after getting settled into our room, he assured me that everything was taken care of.

The fact that It had a gym and dishwasher in my room. Really did feel like I was at home stores in walking distance everything i needed was either provided or extremely close by and for the price i got with hotels.com oh yes ill be using them again
