This is a very nice room. However, I am chemically sensitive and the room had been sprayed with some air freshener that was heavily scented. Most hotels are neutral, no fabric softeners on linens etc, so why ruin it with a scented spray.

Let’s start with the AC with worked well and the bed was comfortable. Things that didn’t work. We have been staying at this hotel for years and each trip has gotten worse. Non existent staff to has for help, dog hair all over our room. Not sure when it was last vacuumed. Jacuzzi is again broke. Fingerprints all over the microwave, not ours, at least in the past it was clean. There was an alarm at 3am that went off. Not a fire alarm. It’s so sad what bad management can do to a once, really nice hotel. We won’t be staying in the future.

Moving trip

The pet friendly room had a torn curtain and the blackout shade was difficult to close. The front desk staff was very responsive to our concerns and I would definitely stay there again!

Room smelled like cats and wet dogs . Asked for another room they offered a bottle of fabreeze . I am very allergic to cats so sneezed all night. Cleaned the ac filter it was stuffed full of animal hair!!!

The room was roomy but definitely getting older. The carpet was stained and the curtains were not in the greatest condition. The bed was very comfortable. The direct tv was really nice. The breakfast was enjoyable.

I didnt even get a chance to check in (they wouldnt allow me to i booked online and i had to find a new hotel) and they were the rudest most disrespectful front desk staff ive ever had with a hotel stay. Stay somewhere else you will save your time, energy, and money i found a place cheaper and 10× nicer with great staff and amazing breakfast. There were cops there escorting an old vet out because he didnt leave by checkout time and it wasnt but maybe 30 minutes after checkout. Didnt even give him a chance or offer some help to him. The front desk staff live in the hotel and could probably do a better job cleaning themselves up let alone the hotel its self inside and out, instead of standing around smoking cigarettes right where people are to pull up and check in. Disrespectful some people have health problems and cigarettes are very harmful to them and some like me have children that dont want their kids breathing that crap in!! within the little amount of time i was there we seen them outside atleast 4-5 times. To be exact it was 2 heavier set women.
