The plot consists of 600m2 with a 300m2 house, distributed over 2 floors plus a porch. The ground floor has a living room with porch access to the front garden, dining room with access to the patio, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower and stairs to the upper floor. And the first floor has four double bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower. The house has television, satellite and Wi-Fi. We have cots, high chairs and bathtub for babies.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3.
