Perfect stay time and time again.
This was our second time staying at this hotel, and both times were amazing. This hotel has proved to be consistently one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It is extremely comfortable, clean, updated, and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The location is also perfectly centralized to most things in Ljubljana. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

InterContinental hotel is in a great location. Hotel is modern, great room and bed. Shout out to Timothej, the hotel concierge, he is passionate on his job, great recommendations on all the places to visit in Slovenia. Great stay at this exceptional hotel. Large luxurious and modern rooms. Staff were fantastic highlighted by the team behind the front desk, the spa staff and Roc. Well located near station and restaurants. About 5 minutes walk to old town.

This hotel is a very new and truly five star. Buffet is on the top floor with great views. This is much better choice than Grand Plaza across the street. Very close to bus and train stations. Room and bathroom was beautiful.

The reception staff is sub par, I asked Stefan at the front desk to put in my IHG number to my reservation and he was annoyed, not knowing I understood slovenian he complained to his colleague about me. At check out they forgot to book my taxi and was late to the airport.
