Bourbon trail/horse racing getaway.
Property was all that it was advertised to be. Multiple rooms and sleeping areas. Very responsive owner. Close to several bourbon tasting venues and to Keeneland horse racing park.

Wonderful stay in Lexington
We truly enjoyed our stay. Emily was quick to respond to all of my questions. She was very kind and let us check in several hours early as we traveled from Myrtle beach on motorcycles and arrived sooner then we thought. The house was clean and fresh well appointed. Emily even had coffee and filters for us saving us a trip to the store! Recommend highly.

Not as clean as one would prefer. Kitchen garbage was almost full upon arrival. Upstairs toilet was not cleaned. Tub/shower did not drain properly, so you stood in dirty water. Top sheets were not on any of the beds upstairs. Main bedroom upstairs had used/ dirty sheets on the bed. The outside garbage cans were overflowing with trash. More wash cloths and towels are needed for the number of people the house will hold. Beds were comfortable. AC worked nicely. Had no issues with neighbors. Quiet.

Great Location
The layout of the house was perfect for the 6 of us with 2 being older teenage boys. Small fenced yard was good for our dog which we brought with us. The location of the house was perfect to use as home base as we travelled out exploring and touring every day. The house was very comfortable.

Cousin’s weekend.
8 cousins from Michigan to Alabama met up here for a reunion. This place was perfect for us! The outdoor space was great for sitting around and sharing stories. Whole house was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Will be back.

Two queen beds in one bedroom were actually twin beds. Otherwise, the owners went above and beyond when our original booking was unfortunately trashed and damaged by previous visitors. We really appreciate the upgrade. It was a great stay. Would do this again.

Mini NYE family trip
The check in process went smoothly. The house was up to expectations & as pictured. There were 13 of us, 1 infant in a bassinet & 1 toddler in a pack n play, both of which we brought along. We were all very comfortable. There was enough seating for us all to be comfortable in the living room, as well as seats & table space in the kitchen. The property manager was prompt & courteous when we reached out. Would stay here again, if in the area!

Thanksgiving stay
The property wasnt as nice as the ad states, it wasnt as clean as we expected. The outdoor furniture in the pictures is not what is there, the grass was so long in the back yard and there were many piles of dog feces left from previous dogs. We found water bottles under the couch not from us. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen, the garage they offered us to park in had a mystery liquid on one side spilled, was very dirty and full of garbage and leaves.

Bedroom 1 - accurate. Two queen beds Bedroom 2 - accurate. One king bed Bedroom 3 - inaccurate. No king bed, one twin bed Bedroom 4 - inaccurate. No king bed, one twin bed and 1 bunk twin bed. Outside of that, no complaints. Easy access to downtown and UK. Fast enough internet to stream television and use multiple devices.

Suburban Horse Country Home
We loved the centralized location based on where we were traveling within Kentucky. The home smelled a little of smoke and must, but overall was pleasing. The floors were quite dirty, and the kitchen appliances were not clean either. We were a bit disappointed about the outdoor furniture not being there since it was in the pictures that we looked at when we originally booked. There was also no wood for the firepit...something to maybe add in between guests. I think that the number of guests that could stay was a bit overestimated. We ended up with 10 people, and originally we booked it under the premise it could sleep around 13-14 people...that would have never worked if we had all the original number of guests come with us. Might want to rethink that number on the posting...even 13 would have been tight, unless people were supposed to sleep on the couches. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but just thought you might want to know how to improve a little. Thank you!

This property was a comfortable fit for 6 adults and 5 kids under 12. We appreciated the beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood close to Kentucky Horse Park. It was a quick, easy drive over to KHP which was perfect for us. Lots of other amenities available in easy driving distance

The house is nice and in a good neighborhood. House smelled of smoke and needs a deep clean of the entire kitchen including appliances. Gnats were very bad inside. Overall a good night stay.
