I was there for a family emegency. The Musem like Art and Exhibition halls are excellent along with the superior staff and room layouts. The HVAC fans are too loud and require a dampner so one can sleep. Also if there is an option to go with memory foam pillows instead of downfilled pillows would make it more pleasant to sleep.

I stayed here with my daughter for a visit to University of Kentucky. The hotel was in an area with lots of dining options. Unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't get to explore the area too much. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint was that the hotel was not marked clearly outside so I was a bit confused upon arrival if I was in the right place or not!

The hotel its self was clean and nice. There is plenty to do with in walking distance. There are homeless people around, but overall I felt safe. Lexington is a cute city and this hotel is where I’ll be staying when I visit again.

Great location in a fun, eclectic hotel.
Great location in a fun, eclectic hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and I loved being able to stream on the TV from my phone! My only issue was that we had a lovely view of downtown and the sunset but the windows were so dirty that I couldn't really enjoy it.

There is no early check in without paying 30$ fee. The room set up is nice as well as the location. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. The free nightly pour is more of a small swallow. The restaurant is okay- the lounge is nice. It just doesn’t feel like a 4 star.
