Staff was great. They are pet friendly and have a dog area by the back parking lot. Rooms were nice but it time for a refresh.

Front desk clerk was excellent. Had to check 3 different rooms before getting one that didn’t smell like wet dog. Once we had a room it was excellent.

Check in started with a loud fire alarm when we walked into the hotel. It was taken care of pretty quick so that was not an issue. However starting around midnight and all throughout the night a loud high pitch squealing was heard with no known source. This happened about every half hour keeping us awake all night. It is 7:30 in the morning as I write this and the awful noise is still squeeling away. We will be checking out early.

At check-in had to call for the attendant to complete the process. Lynn was very helpful and pleasant with an early check in process. The room's air condition system was not working correctly, and ultimately we had to change rooms to one whose system was working. The staff was very accommodating in this situation. They also served a hot breakfast unlike another Choice Hotel we stayed at. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room was good.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. After being on the road for 4 days, I finally had a good night sleep in a clean and quiet hotel.
