We had a nice stay. We only had one small problem but they rectified it right away. All the staff we encountered were super nice. Lots of security. Clean room. Tip. If you've missed room service because you slept in, you do have to call them. They do not automatically circle back, but they were pretty quick to return.

A bit old and smoky but overall had a good stay. Rooms have a few things remodeled but clean. A slight stale Oder in the rooms and bedding but again, clean enough. No fridge or shower cap but small soap and Shampoo/Conditioner was appreciated.

The rooms and hallways were poorly lit and the bathroom light flickered for 2 days then burned out. The thermostat was hard to control even though it should have been fool proof. It was either way to hot or way to cold not what the thermostat was reading. The bed's fitted sheet did not cover the entire bed. It only went down 3/4 way down and your feet could feel where there was no sheet.

My overall experience was great. Upon returning to Property Arena/Casino entrance was subjected to a potential robbery situation. Please review surveillance camera’s to work closely with Metro Police to catch these Scammers or Robbers. That short Woman grabbed my neck and had to push her off of me. She is lucky I didn’t hurt her badly using force.
