You're going to pay quite a bit in hidden/resort fees that they never mention anywhere until you're on way in and at check-out. Also, their Wi-Fi didn't work any nobody answered my phone call to resolve this issue. Never coming here again. Light your money on fire instead of giving it to this place.

First off, my room didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge. Then the toilet kept messing up, but I fixed it. Then housekeeping never came by and cleaned up to make up the bed or anything. I had to take out the trash myself and if I didn’t bring my own towels for bathing I would’ve had to reuse dirty ones

The room was dirty so we moved rooms and there was a roach in the room so we checked out immediately. Shannon at the front desk told us that she could not give me anything showing that I checked in and then checked right back out. No worries because I recorded everything! I have the pictures and videos the roach that I will be adding in order to warn others about this hotel. It was disgusting and made us itch bad!

Disgusting bugs in the bathroom light fixtures
The room was disgusting!!! There were bugs and moths in the light fixture in the bathroom , crumbs/food pieces in the drawers, tub had sand still in it , and hair on the side of the bathtub and floor beside the toilet. I took photos to show the front dest , and they assured us that it would be taken care of . We were initially told that they would move us to another room, but apparently they were unable to move us to another room since they were completely booked. I wonder if it was because we booked through Hotels.com??? In the end they ONLY cleaned up the bathtub and hair off the floor and tub. They never came to clean the bugs and moths out of the light , and when calling the manager after the first night , it still was't rectified the entire stay. We were given a food and beverage credit of $75 , but never did return to clean the drawers and bugs ! *Do NOT recommended - terrible customer service - the photos of the bugs are nasty - made it uncomfortable to think how well everything else was cleaned ? Do not recommend

We've stayed at the Orleans many times over the years. We like all the entertainment choices offered. The bowling and movie theater being in house has been handy and not just when our children were with us. My complaint is that I booked a strip view king bed room. We were given a room overlooking the pool. When my husband mentioned that i had requested said room we were informed that would be an additional cost for each night. Now remember I booked the strip room to begin with. It was only a couple extra dollars....nothing like was was being quoted when we got there. So we stayed in the room overlooking the pool. A little less exciting for sure.

Room was not very clean. Sticky spill on the bed table, trash behind the dresser, TV didn’t work, had to call for maintenance twice. Very inconvenient to get coffee in the morning. Poor restaurant selection on Wednesday night.

Very dated hotel, had to ask twice for them to unclog the tub/shower. Their cigarette smoke ventilation system is the worst, stale cigarette smell throughout the hotel.

I don’t usually leave reviews but decided too as I was very pleased. The overall stay was awesome. Staff was happy and friendly, good food options. Most of all a big thank you to May in VIP. She def made my trip. Good service these days isn’t always available. This place cares.
