We had a nice stay. We only had one small problem but they rectified it right away. All the staff we encountered were super nice. Lots of security. Clean room. Tip. If you've missed room service because you slept in, you do have to call them. They do not automatically circle back, but they were pretty quick to return.

A bit old and smoky but overall had a good stay. Rooms have a few things remodeled but clean. A slight stale Oder in the rooms and bedding but again, clean enough. No fridge or shower cap but small soap and Shampoo/Conditioner was appreciated.

Enjoyable stay.
The hotel was very busy and crowded, but they did have several check in options. The room was large and had plenty of seating areas and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and closet were in the same room, so if you’re taking a shower no one could get their clothes until you were done. Also had to ask for extra towels due to room service being done every third day and we were only staying two days. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel had only one down side. There was no way to get in or out of the hotel with walking through areas of second hand smoke. Which was not good for my asthma.

Careful booking when the Expedia ad say '' VIP /No Resort Fees'' and will still charged daily resort fees. No way to prove it to the manager on-site saying I need a screenshot for proof. Don't think I will be coming back due to false advertising. Have emailed and never recieved a response from the hotel.

The internet is very slow and the hotel staff is very rude but apart from that overall a nice place to stay in vegas. Location is not bad but the place is not on the main vegas strip.
