Park MGM is a clean and smoke free property The staff are acually very nice and respectful but there are couple of ridiculous things that you need to be aware of . *There are some snack and water bottles in your room that you think is part of your reservation but they put them in a ridiculous sensored area and if you pick them up for more than 60 seconds there will be a charge to your credit card and it's very expensive . $18 usd . *Food within the property is expensive too . *No toothpaste in your room and if you buy it from their lobby shop it is as expensive as $9 usd .

It's very conveniently located, of course, just off the Strip with a wide variety of eats and shops right at the property. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear, e.g. carpet at entry to our room was weel worn and the heater wasn't working. To the hotels credit they sent a man within an hour to fix it. The price was fair even if we had to pay for parking. If I went back to Vegas I would try to find a different place at the same price point but wouldn't be totally disappointed to go back to the Park MGM.

We did not love the MGM Park. It is not well maintained and we had to switch rooms because our room stunk of marijuana. The rooms are spacious, but I would prefer well-appointed over spacious.

The experience was really good. The room somewhat less desirable. They were small, no mini fridge. No microwave had a shower tub unit or other units had an actual walk-in shower and there was no furniture or drawers to put anything in.

We loved the scale of the property. It was a good size, but didn't feel overwhelming. The decor was nice, and with no smoke it smells so nice! My favorite features were the sizeable outdoor whirlpool, and the Eataly food court.
