I stayed in Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa for 3 nights. The second day, they forgot to clean up my room. I called one time at 3pm and they told me they will come a few mins. But I waited that until 5:45pm nobody showed up to clean my room. So, I must go to the front desk to request service my room. The hotel room is not cheap and I must pay the service fee but I can not believe that they forgot to clean up my room. I think you should improve your service. Thank you! Ashlyn Dang

I’m not a fan of writing all sorts of reviews, but in this case I want to share my impressions from the point of view of an elderly person: amazing attitude towards us from the first to the last moment, thank you dear Irene and Ivy for doing above and beyond to upgrade us to the most comfortable room, taking into account our needs. Thank you dear Betty! thanks to you our room sparkled with cleanliness and freshness! for providing us with everything we needed! For those who like to swim and snorkel in sea water: amazing! crystal clear water with striped fishes and turtles that are not afraid of people! sandy beach and sandy bottom, convenient to get in and out - important if you are over 65.. Unlimited beach towels. For pool lovers: great! a lot of sun loungers, the pool is large and has different depths: gradually up to 1.5m and up to 2.5m, which is great for tall people. The water is always fresh and clean. Complementary Trolley bus will take you to the Whaler Village for shopping and to visit restaurants or to buy food in the ABC stores. With UBER about $10 to Safeway. From and to the airport about 45 min, UBER $82-$92. Finally: we had a great vacation, and of course we are already planning to come to our Sheraton next May!

We had a relaxing stay at the Sheraton Maui, the resort is clean and staff are friendly. Shopping and other restaurants are walking distance.

The grounds were spendid and the views spectacular. However, I wish there were sliding screen doors so we could enjoy the island breeze in our room and more than 2 fire pits on the grounds.

The entire resort was beautiful and had everything from swimming, shopping, and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere and still plenty to explore. Lazy River pool and ocean near Black Rock were both enjoyable

We love to snorkel and the black rock is literally in front of the property. We love the lay out of the pool. Food is ok. Hawaii is expensive as is. The flooring of the room can have cleaner carpet ( I prefer no carpet honestly but granting its beach area, must be better controlled with carpet.) the resort fee $40 each night I did not understand what we got of. I mean we still paid separately for snorkel and even floating device use. So if that’s for pool towels and kid activity, it’s a waste of our money. The beach area didn’t have enough umbrellas and lounge areas as well so that resort fee I didn’t like.
