The free internet in the room was only available for 1 device. It was very inadequate for using 2 laptops. We did ask the front desk if we could use 2 laptops in our room. The response was one of us could use our laptop in the lobby. We were visiting before hurricane Milton hit Florida.

Everything was almost fine except the wifi which was very weak and dropped most of the time, and the fact that the breakfast menu was the same every morning.

This is our go to hotel whenever we stay in The Villages area. We have never had a bad stay there and we stay 3 to 4 times a year. Most of the front desk staff knows us when we walk in and Gretchen in the breakfast service greets us with a hug and hello every time we are there.

The front desk attendant which I forgot her name was wonderful been there for 10 years all this was after the hurricane and power had been out for 4 days

Breakfast was excellent. Many options, hot, quickly restocked, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Started promptly 6:30 to 9:30. Staff was friendly.
