Ty his was our first time here and loved it! The room was fantastic and we loved both pool areas! I wish the arcade had more game selections. The food was great but wish there were a few other options for meals. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back!!!

Friendly Staff but walls are thin

The place is fine, nothing fancy. There’s an indoor pool area that is a huge draw for families with children. There is no one on duty in this area and thinking parents will police their children is naive. Kids are running around, jumping off the rocks into too shallow water and are hopping in and out of the jacuzzi with no parental supervision. The bed was very comfortable. The walls/ceilings are very thin and you can hear way too much! We heard the people below us talking and the children above us were running around, banging things both late at night and early in the morning. Ugh.

Definitely not an hotel for solo travellers. I got awakened at 6 am by screaming and running kids . As far as the resort itself, it shows that it had better days. Needs a complete renovation. The top of the hill restaurant in the resort is awful. I only recommend this resort to families

This was our 2nd stay here and is my new favorite hotel. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are great. The scenery is breathtaking no matter when you come.

The views are stunning and the recreation offerings are amazing. We went on a walk on the trails and it was beautiful. We were staying in a studio. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio area was great. The furniture is dated and neither the Murphy bed nor the sofa bed was especially comfortable. There is no house keeping and they only supply one small shampoo, body wash which is not replenished. I think if you are charging the prices they charge, that’s not the service most guests would expect. Finally, I really disliked the calls by the time share sales people which occurred daily even though I expressed no interest.

The room was somewhat dated but was fairly nice and clean. The rug could use replacing. The kitchen was well equipped. Our section had a standard indoor pool and spa, but the units further up the hill have the beautiful indoor pool and spa that is shown in the pictures. The view was outrageous and for that reason alone, Steele Hill is outstanding.

We enyed the lovely view of various mountains and Lake Winnisquam. The gas fireplace, once operational was very enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was good. The Murphy bed was disasterous. Service crew brought an additionalk mattres which helped a bit, but the beddingw as terrible. It needs substantial updating. The spa was excellent.

The property was in the middle of nowhere but it was nice, quiet, and tranquil! The playground was nice for the kids. The outside and inside pool and hot tub was great! Food was good and service was great! Will definitely be back!

I loved the view of the mountains and lake, but was disappointed that we were on the lower level which required a lot of stairs carrying luggage and some food. There were 4 people above us so the floor was constantly freaking and loud footsteps plus heard water running a lot. Liked that there was a restaurant.
