Worst customer service. The hotel, the room is generally nice but the customer service omg... Horrible. From checking in, to ask for a taxi when i was checking out...there was no help. Would not live in Cozi ever again and wont recommend it to my friends as a hotel for staycations

The hotel was great in general. However the customer service was horrible. From checking in, to checking out and asking for taxi...There was no sense of customer service.
