Very busy yet accommodating nonetheless (once you get past the queue :). Really safe and nice feeling for a family trip! We staid in the houses on site - that on its own an adventure :) Also, food and drinks need a separate mentioning - fantastic and we are picky eaters.

Amazonia house was dirty, the grass was not cut, and had ants in the kids room. There is was no internet connectivity which would not had been a problem if it was advertised as such. The DOME was nice and the kids enjoyed it but the price of food was exorbitant . . . 14 euros for premium cheesburger! There are not enough locations for towel rentals which is a problem if you are flying in from another location meaning you need to use you bath towel at the pool. Overall, the location is mediocre at best.

Highly recommended
Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good!

I stayed at the Sunrise homes which was spacious for a family of 4. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. However getting into the property was difficult. We were given a fob bracelet which we couldn’t get access to the property with. When we checked in, it was already evening and trying to navigate location of the property was difficult, let alone not being able to access the home. I had to travel back to Tropical Islands dome by foot to sort out this problem. When I approached the manager Nolte about my issue he just disregarded my problem with no apology. Please be aware of the fob bracelets that they give to you.

Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

I understand that the property is in an open area but during summer, it can get really hot inside the sunrise units that we stayed in. The climate control is only for heating, with it’s price point I would expect air conditioning to be part of its standard amenity. But other than that- the actual dome is nice, large pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff. It was a good place, not great but good

My kids really enjoyed the water activites. The room was clean and spacious. Check in was a mess. I paid in full with Expedia but the property wanted me to pay at check in. I was even more upset to see that the amount paid on Expedia was 100€ more than if I would have booked directly. Lastly the workers were rude and not very patient. I understand we dont speak the same language however at check in the guy was getting upset with me and unfriendly when I was trying to explain that I already paid. In addition, at the waterslide area I admit I did not see the sign for the age limit for the blue slide. There was no workers at the top to make sure rules were being followed. I allowed my children under 15 to go down the slide. The lady working at the bottom slide comes to me, shows me the sign, I quickly apologize and she says "what the hell". Very rude! Better supervision for age limit slides is needed. Overall good stay but would have appreciated better customer service.

Positivt overrasket av standard på sunrise hytte. Manglet kanskje noe glass og diverse. Men en topp ferie totalt sett. Mat og drikke er veldig overpriset inne på tropical island. Står att det ikke er lov og ta medbrakt men det er ikke noen som kontrollerer.

Vi boede i en rigtig fin og moderne hytte i et roligt område med egern og pindsvin på terrassen. Parkering tæt på og med mulighed for bus til Tropical Island, ellers få min. i bil. Et rigtig godt ophold. Selvom der var mange mennesker føltes det ikke sådan. Vi savnede at der var krav om badebleer til små børn, da vi flere gange oplevede fækal forurening i børneområdet. Vi er heller ikke vant til man ikke vasker sig inden brug af bassinerne.

Wir waren das 1. Mal und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal dort. Unser Mobile Home war wunderschön, sauber und luxuriös. Das Badeparadies war ein Traum. Das Klima war nicht zu schwül, es hätte vielleicht noch ein Tick wärmer sein können, wenn man aus dem Wasser kam, aber ansonsten war es topp. Was leider nicht familienfreundlich war, waren die Preise für Essen und Getränke. Ein Premium Burger mit Pommes knapp 20 EUR. Ein halber Liter Apfelsaftschorle aus dem Automat 5,15 EUR.

Geweldig zwemparadijs, zowel binnen als buiten. Superleuk voor de kinderen, ook de speel gelegenheden bij de huisjes. Het huisje was ook erg fijn, slaapbank, twee douches, complete keuken en horren voor de ramen en openslaande deuren tegen de insecten werden erg gewaardeerd. Als tip een airco of ventilatoren want met 30 graden en een plat dak koelde het ‘s avonds niet echt af en dat sliep niet zo lekker.
