We had to go down 8 steps with luggage to get to our room. Felt like we were in a basement. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Mitch and Tim both.

I hated it.Expedia's listing claimed there was a working pool whith pretty pics, showing an updated clean modern hotel. It was not! It was dirty, diostressed and the pool didnt work and hadnt for years they said. I called expedia for a refund and was told tough crap bud. Ill never stay with expedia again!

Parking lot full of potholes. Shower curtain rod was broke and fixed with a pen. Pool is down for maintenance on the weekend. Vending machines were not operable. Pillows were small about the size of couch pillows. The bed comforter was quite thin.

Terrible!

The whole place needs major updates or shut down. The ac/ furnace didn't work properly and wasn't installed correctly. The bathtubs had cracks and holes in them. Pool was closed and the breakfast was horrible.

Shower was poor, water was plugged pretty badly. Whole place was kinda shabby, needs paint and rehab. Parking lot full of deep potholes. Plus side, the staff were friendly and courteous, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel room we had didn’t have a working hall light, the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed clean (had a yellow residue to the tub as well as gunk in the drain). It took forever to get hot water also. Not to mention the parking lot was FULL of potholes, some big enough to do a good amount of damage if you weren’t watching where you were going. When we went to check out, my husband had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check him out. Overall, the stay was fine - just wish minor things would have been better. But, for the price, you get what you pay for…

Before I arrived, the hotel said their pool is open and working fine, the day to check in, (which was in a couple hours) the hotel says the pool is not open and they didn't discounted the price, they didn't do anything for the inconvenience. Please be honest, I wasted my money and time because I could have went somewhere that my children could have swim and have fun and treated well.

First off I want to thank your cleaning staff and front desk staff. My only issue I ask you to please keep in mind for us Handicap folks out here traveling and, in all honesty, I am lQQking out for everyone. I reserved a room for Oct. 11 -13 I let them know that I was handicap. Upon arrival date there was no handicap rooms without stairs nor a elevator the front desk clerk tired his hardest to see if he could find me a room with NO stairs. I was recovering from a left fractured knee, and I have titanium in my back. I'm sure they would of refunded me my money back but I had a family member to help me get up 4 steps whereas if I would of been alone I could not of made it and there was a big racing event going on all weekend and we'd want to chance being left without a room for the weekend event. I do aqua therapy and the indoor heated pool area is beautiful it just needs to be warmer. If I didn't have these major health issues I would say overall you get a B from us.

This property is a dump. Peeling paint and wallpaper, stained carpet, holes in walls and floor tiles. Little security bar was missing on interior of the door. The doors of rooms around ours look like they have been pryed open at some point. Interestingly, the staff was friendly and nice and seemed to be making the best of the situation. The room was pretty clean inspite of the place falling apart. The front portico pictured online is gone off the front of the building, so it's hard to tell that is the front entrance. Layout of hotel is WEIRD and our room was a long walk with two flights of stairs to get in. Area seems a little sketch, but maybe of the lights outside worked it would look better. I'm shocked that the Wyndham brand has falled this far.

They do not turn on their outdoor sign at night so the hotel is hard to find. Probably for good reason because the hotel should be torn down. Carpets are stained, walls are dirty. There is nothing nice about this hotel.
