Your villa can be found in one of the quieter and most beautiful parts of the island, a comfortable distance away from the two largest towns (but at the same time close enough that you can reach them if needed), with each property having it’s own large and private space where you can feel perfectly at ease and away from others. If you do decide to explore the island, you can do so with the benefit of the free car so giving you the safety and security of your own vehicle.
Cleanliness
It’s extremely important to us that you know we are doing what we can to protect you, our guests, in terms our cleanliness and cleaning routine.
We follow guidelines based on insight and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Cleanliness has always been top of our list for guests, and it’s even more important now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. It’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, remote controls and tap handles often, especially between reservations, and that is what we always do. We also don’t forget sofas, rugs, curtains and other soft, porous surfaces.
We also wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets. We include cleaning and disinfecting laundry baskets.
We also empty the vacuum cleaner after every cleaning, wiping down the vacuum cleaner with disinfectant and, additionally line rubbish bins. Placing bags into trash bins will make it easier to dispose of tissues and other waste.
The space
The Seren Villa offers a modern open plan living area with a well appointed chef style kitchen and dining for six around a beautiful locally handmade dining table. The spacious lounge benefits from contemporary furnishings including HD TV and the best WiFi internet on the island. For your comfort there are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa. The luxurious master bedroom includes his and her sinks, a luxury rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe. There is plenty of storage with his and hers wardrobes with a free standing wooden wall dividing it from the sleeping area. The room also enjoys a comfortable super king size bed, at the foot of which is a luxury sleeper bath for those self indulgent moments.
The other two bedrooms includes a luxury rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe, wc and wash hand basin. There is plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes makeup table and linen basket. The rooms also enjoy a comfortable super king size bed with beautiful views of the lush green jungle and the sea beyond.
Guest access
Guest have access throughout the villa and its gardens that surround.
You have a private out door pool that has panoramic views of the evergreen jungle from the right, breath taking views of the ocean to the front and Lamai bay to the left.
Interaction with guests
We will meet and great you on your arrival at Koh Samui and take you to your villa. The transfer is for one arrival and is free for all guests.
We will introduce you to your villa and the surrounding area. We can also arrange a transfer for you from your villa to your point of departure on the island, costs do apply. If you need further assistance we will be just a call away to help you with any of your needs and to make your stay a pleasant one.
Other things to note
The villa is situated on the southern end of the island. Greener, less crowded, quiet and with lots of privacy. It is close to tourist attractions, lots of nearby beaches and local restaurants. A kite-surfing school, Mountain walks, Aquarium, Chocolate factory, Elephant sanctuary etc. are all nearby as are many quiet relaxing beaches and beach bars.
To be eligible to drive in Ko Samui with free car.
All drivers must be over 21 years of age and hold a valid driving licence from their home country which must be seen.
We will hold the drivers passport for the insurance.
You must do a full inspection of the vehicle.
You must read the driving terms and conditions and agree to receive the keys.
All vehicles are AAA insured which is the best Thailand offer for the nominated driver.
All vehicles must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.

- Breakfast is 1,500 THB plus food cost (Approx 1,000THB) for up to 6 guests. A charge of 400 THB per extra guest after 6.
The breakfast is mixed with Thai and European foods. We have Thai soups, cocked breakfast, cereals, breads fresh fruit, yogurts, juice, hot drinks and so on. We mix it up as much as possible to keep it interesting and fresh.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent and great value.

KOH SAMUI is one of Thailands most popular island getaways and is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches, relaxed atmosphere and incredible natural surroundings. Visitors to the island marvel at the wonderful natural beauty and dramatic hilly landscapes of this enchanting destination, which really does have something for everyone.
Situated in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Samui is actually surrounded by
approximately 60 other islands, such as well known Koh Phang Ngan and Koh Tao, while many others are small and uninhabited. Popular destinations that are located not far from Koh Samui include Koh Nang Yuan and the Angthong National Marine Park. Koh Samui is easily accessible by short flights from Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Boats to and from the mainland take about 50 minutes.
Whilst it is true that Koh Samui has undergone a large amount of development in the last five to ten years, it is not on the same scale as places such as Phuket. Much of Koh Samui is still free from high rise hotels or apartment blocks and for those of you who are looking for a quiet, simple or luxurious and relaxing island getaway then Koh Samui and especially its southern coast, will certainly be able to satisfy your needs.
Approximately 80% of the island remains classified as agricultural land and as such cannot be developed.
LOCAL AREA - the central part of the southern coast of Koh Samui is known as Laem Set and Baan Kao. Many people also refer to this area as The Virgin Coast because of the absence of high rise buildings and commercial development. The area has one long sweeping, uninterrupted beach for several kilometers ending with the Laem Sor Pagoda and Temple on the southwestern end. There are a few small fishing villages and secluded seafood restaurants located nearby.
This area will continue to keep its natural charm and peaceful ambience
because the people coming to this area and owning property have chosen to reject big development and keep an exclusive and natural setting.
This area is now known for its yoga retreat and the meditative quality that is protected in the residential developments and resorts. Located very near to this villa is Asias number 1 award winning health resort Kamalaya. Several other very discrete and small resorts and a number of luxury villas are located along the coast but none of these resemble the major and typical resort areas of the island at Lamai and Chaweng.
This area is located 5 to 10 minutes drive from Lamai Beach, a well developed tourist centre with all the usual resorts, restaurants and entertainment that one would expect.
Koh Samui International Airport (USM) and Chaweng the commercial centre of the island, are 20 minutes to the northeast.
There are local markets to cover basic needs and larger supermarkets (e.g. Tesco and Makro) in Lamai (5 to 10 mins) and a large shopping mall (Central Festival) further in Chaweng (20 mins).
