A Nicely appointed kitchen with a large deep freezer, bedroom has a cozy queen-size sleigh bed and a convertible couch in thebliving room. Massage Chair, TV, DVD player with several movies, board games and books. Streaming and Wifi with Netflix, Prime Video and Hbo Max. Alexa Dot and Google Home at your command. Close to Kenai River and beach. Washer and Dryer in unit and Fish cleaning station.

No TV in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishware needed to cook any meal. includes spices and more. Living room is spacious and has a massage chair and fold out couch for additional guests. Sleeps 3 comfortably, 4 with an air mattress upon request. Parking available for 2 vehicles plus additional street parking available.

Located in a quiet community near the mouth of the Kenai River with drive up beach access. Perfect for Dipnet season.
