Very convenient location off the highway. Thinking this was the Old Red Lion. Did not realize that the Red Lion Franchise has been sold. New owners are not taking care of the property. Backside of the building, the roofing eves are falling down, the rooms are kind of dated. Not the luxurious hotel it once was restaurant and bar are totally closed, the pool and exercise room were still open. No vending machines, pop machines, and ice machines were not operating and turned off. Two light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. Staff was good and efficient with what they had. The free breakfast was okay. No yogurt or dry cereal and milk. The do it yourself waffle iron was good with a small amount of scrambled egg, potato squares, and bacon. No decaf coffee or any dairy. Comfortable beds and clean towels.

The website and the loby said there was breakfast 7 to 9 am we both checked a couple times and nothing but coffee and water . It was January 17th and 28 degrees out . My wife is a type 1 diabetic. Eating three meals a day is important to her health. The breakfast was one of the point for us staying there . With the weather it was really not safe to drive , we were given no choice as she needed to eat.

took over a hour and a half to check in. One front desk dealing with a 10-15 person check in, on one of the busiest weekends of the year. on one person at any point in the stay

Check in was fine ans Misty was really helpful but the tv in 2 rooms didnt work and finally in the third room worked for 5 minutes and when you tried to change the channel it switched to a mode where you couldnt view any channel. Really ridiculous to be so complicated that too in 3 rooms. Terrible housekeeping somebody left a half eaten sandwich in the first room frig, dust on the furniture in every room, torn furniture, stains on the walls, and black mold on our shower ceiling!! Yuck! And lastly a lumpy mattress with the bottom sheet not even properly stretched so we woke up with a backache. Have stayed at many Red Lions and never one so run down and shabby. You'd think they would offer us a free stay but no such thing. Booked with Expedia and never again

This is the worst hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Dog food found on floor, urine stains around the toilet, and to top it off, NO hot water. The front desk staff is beyond rude.

Took 3 rooms to find one that had heat. Then the heat went out in our room. Batteries needed to be replaced on the thermostat. The remote was covered in filth also. The night desk lady was very helpful and apologetic, however the day one was cold and took forever to check us in when we first got there.

Serious update and clening needed

Part of the wall was falling off in the bthroom. The office chair had completely ost all of its covering of faux leather. The second night there, cops were in the lobby pulling someone out to his vehicle presumably to arrest him. There were french fries on the floor along the edge of the furniture. The continental breakfast (if you can call it that) was a joke. We did not partake.
