Islander On The Beach 205 is beautifully renovated with quality, comfortable island-style furnishings - a cozy place for two - including a California King bed, flat panel TV, comfy love seat, cute dining area, well stocked kitchenette, and Air Conditioning! Explore! Centrally located on the Coconut Coast just a few miles from the airport, Blue Kauai is in Kapa'a - close to the ruins of the famous Coco Palms resort where Elvis Presley shot the 1961 film, Blue Hawaii. This makes Blue Kauai an ideal base to explore Kauai with both Poipu to the South and Hanalei to the North, an easy 40-45 minutes drive.

Islander on the Beach: Islander is a small resort where the Aloha spirit is alive and well. It's has the feel of "old Hawaii" where everyone you meet is Ohana or family. Guests return to the Islander year after year to reunite with the friends they met here during past visits. Late afternoon at the pool and hot tub is a favorite gathering spot for sharing the days events and making plans for evening adventures. This resort offers studio accommodations, swimming pool with hot tub, as well as BBQ grills, picnic tables, beach side lounges and a poolside tiki bar with live music in the evening twice a week. This complex is non-smoking.

Blue Kauai Islander on the Beach Ocean and Pool View 205: This studio is great for Honeymooners, Couples, and parties up to 2! Beautifully renovated with comfortable Island style furniture, stunning photographs of Kauai, travertine flooring and granite countertops, roomy California KING bed with linens and toweling provided. This studio has Air Conditioning and a flat panel TV, and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The kitchenette is well equipped with a small refrigerator with a separate freezer section, microwave, coffee maker, kettle for hot water, blender, basic kitchen utensils and tableware.

Note: This condo is not managed by Aston - meaning it has upgraded furnishings and no resort fee! This also means that Daily housekeeping is NOT provided, and guests of Blue Kauai may not use the on-site laundry facilities. However, you may purchase a mid-stay clean including a sheet change and towel exchange based on services requested. And the local laundromat is located 1/4 mile north.

The studio at the Aston Islander was just perfect. You could really stay here without a car & still get to see a lot of Kauai. With a vehicle it made it perfect to travel to all the different sides of the island.

What a great spot! Has everything you need, and the Coconut marketplace is so fun, the market there makes the best acai bowls!!! Easy to get around the island from here also. You really can’t beat the view. Highly recommend this spot, best deal we found for sure, in a very cute and fun location

The Blue Hawaii condo unit is a spacious and beautiful unit right on the beach. We loved the travertine flooring and that the host provided beach chairs. Most importantly, we enjoyed the boardwalk and tiki huts on the property. Use the boardwalk to walk to the Lava Lava restaurant near the property— great food! Aloha!

So convenient. We didn't rent a car so finding groceries, shopping, dining and even a bicycle shop so close was fantastic. And the property was well kept, pool, hot tub ( which we did use on a cooler rainy day) and pool bar were great , walking path next to beach. Need i say more!!!

The room was clean and presented beautifully on arrival. It had a great view that you good just sit and take in the view. The check-in process was easy and so welcoming. The location of this property is perfect for getting around the island easily. It is truly ocean front and the grounds are stunning! Front desk staff always friendly when passing through the lobby. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured, view was amazing. Pool area clean and busy but never had trouble finding a chair. Beach area is great place to relax…we used the beach chairs provided with the unit. Beach towels were also nice to have. Cooler, umbrella and boogie boards also available at the unit but not used. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t even try the tv…we were too busy experiencing the island. A couple of things to note that are worth mentioning (although most of these things would not change our decision to stay) …1)in room safe didn’t work and was not repaired during our 7 day stay despite notifying management on the first day, 2) sliding glass door very hard to open and close, and 3) this is an adjoining room and there can be a lot of noise from neighbors at times (the last half of our stay we could hear their tv as well as talking and coughing very easily). These weren’t game changers as we weren’t in our room too much. When we were there we were too exhausted from all of our island adventures to care. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Our stay in Kapaa was perfect. The condo was cute and in a great location. It was in a central location to the other major cities on the island. It is close to great food choices, the pool and beach were less than a 5 minute walk. Candace was great to work with and made our booking, check in and check out easy!! Easy to visit the island from there. Everything in the unit to have breakfast before you go explore. A few restaurants on location. Beach is beautiful, but a little too rocky and to swim. Overall, a nice place to stay.
