Extremely comfortable beds. Rooms very clean. So close to Kanazawa castle and Kenrokuen garden. Bonus was the proximity to the Omicho market. This is a fantastic market for fresh seafood and other authentic Japanese cuisine. Not as busy as other markets in other Japanese cities. Truly a pleasure to walk around and try different food. Prices here are so reasonable and affordable. Would definitely come back to stay at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa.

The hotel was really clean, they had more amenities than Tokyo ones. Such as a free washing machine in the room. Don't hesitate to ask for help at the front desk if you need, everyone is super nice. Everything was really close too, and it's really easy to take the bus to travel around.

Perfect base to explore Kanazawa. You can easily walk to many of Kanazawas most popular attractions from the hotel and it’s right on the Kanazawa Loop bus line for the rest.

Great location
The hotel is lovely, in a perfect location to the markets, shopping and just across the road from the Gion area. The room was comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is of an ok size compared with other bathrooms in Japan. The only thing was the staff poor English. It made it difficult to communicate without a translator app, but nonetheless they were friendly and professional. The hotel is in a very good condition

We loved our short stay at Kanazawa. The host was gracious to let us leave our luggage. The place was very clean, although a little tight for 8 people, it worked out because we had a short stay. The house was very clean, amenities were just right. It was just a minute walk from the river, which made it extra special. We will definitely stay there if it’s just the 5/6 of us in the group.

Pleasant hotel
The hotel was good. Located centrally. The room was convient and comfortable. The washing machine in the room was useful for doing some laundry after a few days of travel. Breakfast was modest and did not cater enough for the taste of westerners, although there were many western tourists in the hotel.

Great place to stay in kanazawa
Great stay. Free coffee 24hrs a day for guests washing machine in room with detergent included. Great wifi. Rooms average size by western standards, but as rooms normally smaller in japan this was comparatively large. Which was a nice surprise. Location is great and walkable to everything. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, in an excellent location, walkable to many local highlights. The residential rooms were fantastically equipped with a washing machine/dryer and a trouser press which was very convenient. Very good layout to the room. Staff were sadly not able to help us make dining reservations though, which was a bit of a disappointment (most other hotels in Japan have been more than happy to assist).
