レストランでビールを頼んだ際、1歳の子供の前に置かれた。 母親が子供にご飯をあげている、その両者の間にビールを置かれた。 子供に一生懸命ご飯あげてる親は目が離せないし、子供がグラスを触ってしまうので、きちんと周りを見て判断してもらいたい。 部屋の露天風呂も温度が熱いため、水を入れたいがホースなどもなく、桶だけでは入れずらいので改善してほしい。

部屋の清掃は凄く行き届いていて，快適に過ごせました。無駄なインテリアはなく，さっぱりした広々としたお部屋で7階からの海の景色が最高のロケーションをつくりだしていて、リラックス度をupしています。建物が古いので，廊下が狭いのが，残念でしたが，朝のバイキングも美味しかったです。

スタッフ対応はとても良く、部屋も広くて綺麗だったので凄くよかったです。 朝食、夕食はとても美味しく頂きました。 少し残念だったのが、建物が古く、壁のクロス剥がれやヒビ、雨漏れがあったので残念でした。

部屋は広々としていて快適にすごせました。朝食＆夕食バイキングはどれも美味しかったです。バイキングの食事も足りなくなれば、すぐに補充されていたのもとても良かったです。 なお、選んだ部屋はロビーから遠いです。ロビーやレストラン、大浴場からは少し距離があるので、歩行に困難がある方は辛いかもしれないです。

部屋や風呂、建物自体も段差が多く、足の悪い人間には少し不自由でした。 繁忙期なので仕方ないかもしれないが、食事が時間制限のある入替制で、しかも食べ物を取るにも混んでいて時間がかかり、子連れにはゆっくり食事を楽しみきれなかった。
