Review for The Westin Maui We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Maui! Our room was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. A special touch was the surprise gift—beautiful Westin cups and a thoughtful note to celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. Lovely room. Since it was a busy weekend, finding a poolside spot took some patience, but after a short wait, we were able to get one. The nearby shopping center was a great convenience, offering plenty of options for dining and exploring. I attempted to use the hotel gym, but it was quite crowded, so I opted for a run instead. Running along the shoreline on the boardwalk that connects the hotels was perfect—scenic, peaceful, and very safe. We also took advantage of the golf course next door, which was fantastic and just a short walk away. One thing to note is that Uber rides to the hotel can be pricey, but since we didn’t need a car, it was still the most cost-effective option for us. The only questionable experience was with the concierge. When I went to ask for assistance, a gentleman working there was not very welcoming or helpful. He responded in a monotone voice with short yes-or-no answers and didn’t offer much additional guidance. I typically expect concierge service to be a bit more engaging and accommodating. Overall, despite that minor issue, we had a great experience and would absolutely return!

Such an amazing place for a getaway. Pools are great and family-friendly. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but so is everything in Hawaii.

Amazing all around! Friendly staff, wonderful amenities, great location - this property has it all. Convenient and quiet but with places for adults and families, I was blown away by the beauty of the resort as well as the layout and staff. No negatives (not even a little).

My wife and I have staying at The Westin for years. Except during Covid and remodel of the property. This year we celebrated our 40th Anniversary and stayed for 3 days. It was amazing as usual. Staff was great as we checked in and the room was clean with the most comfortable bed. Looking forward to November 2025. Aloha, Albert

The property is beautiful. However, check your bill upon check out. They charged us for two days of valet when we only had a car one night. They when questioned removed the fee. Then on the final bill the valet charge was changed to a 50$ in room movie fee. We did not watch any movies while there. Very deceitful practice
