This is not a hotel - it's an experience! Luxury beyond words, stunning architecture, magnificent customer service. The attention to detail on everything from the decor to the food presentation is world class. This is the type of place you stay at when you want to be transported to another world - where the hotel stay is the best part of the vacation. I was impressed with this property from the time you entered the property till check-out. Both staff and facility were exceptional. Staff redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and undeniably, incomparable. Unmatched Hospitality!

The hospitality at Umaid Bhawan is unmatched. You can order food from any of the 3-4 menus and even if something is not on the menu, the staff would be thrilled to cook and serve. Besides, it is a peacock paradise and you may find yourself eating breakfast in the company of gorgeous peacocks and peahens. Overall, it is definitely more than just a luxury hotel.

The building and gardens are amazing. The staff are the best in India. The food is great. Ambience is fantastic. Except the room. They need to hire a designer to upgrade the guest rooms which do not at all match the luxe feel of the property. They are not cozy nor comfy.
