Perfect Efficiency/Studio
Lakeside Studio – A fantastic location if you need to be on the south side of Jacksonville! Nestled in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, it offers a private entrance and a fenced area perfect for pets. The studio is impeccably clean and well-stocked with essentials, plus thoughtful extras like bottled water, paper towels, plates, utensils, spices, and a generously sized refrigerator. You'll also find plenty of towels, coat hangers, small lights, and a versatile table that doubles as a desk. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors, and the off-road parking makes coming and going easy. A great home base for exploring Jacksonville and Northeast Florida! I hope to stay here again on my next visit.
